Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Øje Society ships orders to all countries within 2 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. The shipment will be made by Certified Mail, with a locator number for tracking through Mondial Relay or the Post Office. 

Package delivery times are indicative, they usually take 3 to 8 days from the day of shipment. Øje Society will not be responsible for delays in the Postal service due to reasons beyond its control. 

If for any reason the shipment takes longer than usual, we will contact the customer directly by email or telephone number.

France (mainland)

Delivery in Mondial Relay Point with an estimated shipping time of 72h (Monday to Friday). Flat rate at 3,90 euros.  

Home Delivery Colissimo par La Poste with an estimated shipping time of 72h (Monday to Friday). Flat rate at 3,90 euros.  

Europe

by Mondial Relay |Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands.

Delivery in Mondial Relay Point with an estimated shipping time of 72h (Monday to Friday). Flat rate at 8 euros.  ). The shipping cost will be €10 for a weight from 0 to 1kg.

by La Poste | Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Portugal, Croatia.

Home Delivery Colissimo with an estimated shipping time of 72h (Monday to Friday). 

The shipping cost will be €10 for a weight from 0 to 1kg.

Purchases made on Fridays after 14.00 pm will be shipped on Monday.
